One-bedroom self-contained apartments in a beachside location, all with ocean views. Features include a heated swimming pool, spa, BBQ area, free undercover parking and lift access. The beach is across the road, and it's only about a 5 minute walk into Surfers Paradise. Every apartment gets a super view of Surfers Paradise Beach, with its pristine sand and rolling surf. The middle apartments on each floor have a balcony with outdoor setting, while the end ones are even more spacious and have extensive views, but no balcony. The apartments feature a fully equiped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge etc, full bathroom, separate bedroom with queen bed and free Foxtel. From Shore Apartments, it is just a short stroll to the heart of Surfers Paradise, with all the excitement it has to offer. Wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, night clubs and much much more. There is a convenience store, bottle shop and bus stop on the back boundary of the property. Directly opposite the beach, it is an ideal spot for your special action-packed or quiet relaxing holiday. PLEASE NOTE. From late February to April 2010 the stairwell windows at the rear of the building are to be replaced. There may be some occasions when noise may be heard within the building.
