Hotel Palazzo Residence is located 300 m. from the sandy beach, in the south part of the resort Sunny Beach.

Accommodation

The hotel offers 120 modern and comfortable family rooms.

Family room: maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child; measuring 70 m2. It consists of 1 living room (with individual toilet) + 1 bedroom with double bed. It comes with individual air conditioning, furnished balcony or terrace, mini fridge, TV, WC, shower and bathtub, hairdryer. Those rooms are with a garden or pool view. 

Children: children swimming pool, children animation, mini disco

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas (upon availability), sport animation

Payable: massages, billiard, darts, table tennis

Pets are not allowed.

Air conditioned hall for non- smokers. The smoking area is on the terrace of the

restaurant.

International cuisine, including wide range of fresh salads and dishes. Rich assortment of fruits and desserts. Soft drinks and alcohol beverages, beer and wine ( local produce). Once per week – Traditional Bulgarian, Italian, dinners.- weekly menu incl. pizza, cakes, cookies, sandwiches, ice cream, French fries etc.

Palazzo Bar: soft drinks, beer & wine, ( local produce) , selected local alcohol beverages ,non-alcohol and alcohol cocktails, warm beverages –tea, coffee, milk, (10.00h-22.00h).

Important Information:

Your All Inclusive Package starts at 14.00 hrs on arrival date and ends at lunch time on the day of departure.

Please, when entering the restaurant, be ready to show your hotel passport obtained from the reception desk at Check- In.

KEEP IT BY YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES AND BE READY TO SHOW IT UPON REQUEST!

At the day of your departure, stop by the reception desk to have your bracelet taken off and hand over all your hotel cards.

Please, don’t bring any food or beverages into your hotel rooms.

Please, for safety reasons don’t use any glasses or bottles at the pool area.

Bringing in outside foods and beverages and taking out hotel foods and beverages outside

of the territory of the Palazzo hotel complex is not allowed.
