Galo Resort Hotel Galomar

This hotel lies directly on the coast overlooking its own private bay. Although it is only a 12-min drive from the airport and 15 min from the capital Funchal, the hotel is favourably situated amongst greenery and the area is generally peaceful. There is a small supermarket 300 meters from the hotel as well as public transport.The hotel enjoys the most beautiful views of the Atlantic with 77 rooms over 3 floors.All rooms have a view of the sea and balcony. It lies above its Manta Diving Centre, as well as its Lido Galomar with direct access to the sea and salty swimming pool and is therefore highly recommended for divers. Aqua aerobics classes are also offered along with table tennis, squash, aerobics, basketball, handball, volleyball, badminton, a pool table and darts.
