Pousada Canto Bravo

Pousada Canto Bravo is located in Ilhabela, in front of the sea, in Bonete, a paradisiac stretch of white sand of 650 meters of extension related among the 10 most beautiful beaches of the Brazilian coast. Its strong waves, the exuberance of the forest in the surrounding mountains and the nautical art of the traditional caiçara community are part of the charms of this special piece of the planet. In this context, the charming architecture of our facilities was planned to provide guests with a comfortable experience of integration with nature. In addition to our 12 suites there are many cozy little corners, ideal for relaxing in the sea breeze after a walk, a waterfall bath or an activity in the sea. The access to the inn itself is already an exclusive tour. To get there, one can walk along a 12-kilometer trail that passes through three beautiful waterfalls amidst the Atlantic Forest of Ilhabela State Park, one of the most threatened biomes on the planet, declared by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve. Another option is to reach the Pousada by sea on a boat trip around the rocky cliffs of the south coast of Ilhabela. This route can be made with the pleasant company of sea turtles and dolphins, frequently seen in the waters of Ilhabela. The cuisine is also featured in Canto Bravo. By mixing local ingredients with recipes from around the world, our cuisine has created a menu full of creative and tasty dishes, such as the famous Bonefish Rice. The options range from the vegetarian menu to delicious fresh fish dishes, caught using sustainable artisanal fishing.
