It is situated in the centre of Maiori, about 20 metres from the sea. It is connected by lift with a sea view solarium on the third floor of the building, equipped with shower, sun beds and beach umbrellas. Complimentary parking (garage) nearby. The facilities include elevator, wireless Internet access, kitchenette, large living room and two bedrooms (one black and one white), each with air conditioning/heating (seasonal), ensuite bathroom, TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer and balcony.
