Highland Apartments by Mansley have no reception area, therefore operate a 'Meet and Greet' System for its guests.Key Collection is available from 3pm and 6pm daily therefore to facilitate a smooth key collection and access to your apartment it is important that you contact us.  ·         Bag Drop from 12 noon with Key collection and access to your apartment guaranteed from 15.00 (3pm)·         If you are unable to check in prior to 18.00 (6pm) Please contact us 24 hours in advance on 07486 625 847 or via e-mail at info@bymansley.com to make alternative arrangements.·         Please note that it is not possible to collect your keys after 11pm·         When you arrive at our apartments, 21 Bridge Street, Inverness (or 5 or 10 minutes prior to your arrival) please call 07486 625 847 and we will be with you as quickly as possible to meet you and get you checked in.
